Our platform is a great place to meet investors and raise funds, but of course we can’t always predict which projects our investors will love, which is why we have a decent refund policy for our Professional and Platinum plans.
If you don’t get any genuine interest during your first year of listing (i.e., if no investors contact you or engage with you), we’ll help re-write your pitch and list it for another 30 days free of charge (90 days for those on the Executive pack). If you still don’t have any luck after the free listing, we’ll send your money back.

Our refund policy is straightforward – we just ask you to the follow these simple requirements:

We collect two general types of information from Website users: (1) non-personal information concerning the use of the Website and (2) personal information that identifies or can be used to identify or contact an individual.

  1. 1) You must contact all the investors that we connect you with.
  2. 2) To request a free renewal, you need to email us at least 5 days before the end of your first listing.
  3. 3) To request a refund, you need to email us at least 5 days before the end of your second (free) listing.

Please include a valid reason for your renewal/refund request to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Please note:

  1. - If you choose to cancel your pitch early or opt against the free re-listing, you will be eligible to a 50% refund.
  2. - Renewal payments are non-refundable.
  3. - If you miss the deadline to request a free re-listing, you will no longer be eligible to a refund.
  4. - Only payments for the Professional and Platinum plans are refundable.
  5. - Payments by bank transfer are non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscriptions & Billing page in your account. Your subscription won’t renew, but your pitch will remain live for the remainder of the subscription period you have already paid for.
